All items are handmade with care. Ready-to-ship items are already made and will ship within 1โ€“3 business days.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If there is a delay or issue with your order, you will be contacted promptly.

We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Orders are shipped via USPS.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $200.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the order total qualifies.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
